Individual Psychotherapy

Folks seek out individual therapy with me for reasons ranging from panic attacks and insomnia to existential dread. In therapy, you can work on processing past experiences, major life transitions, identity exploration and improving your overall quality of life. We will work together both to relieve symptoms and to understand how they got there in the first place - whether from old patterns you may be stuck in, or as normal (albeit painful!) reactions to the world we live in. Few of us witness the news and the suffering of our fellow human beings without feeling impacted in turn. Your reactions are not a sign that something is wrong with you, but rather that something is wrong with the world - and we can work together to help you find ways to make sense of those feelings.
